Vibrating hoe set

The vibrating hoe set consists of a holder with spring-loaded teeth, equipped with a hoe blade treated with a wear-resistant tungsten layer. This makes the vibrating hoe set extremely suitable for hoeing heavy soil types. When the hoe encounters resistance, the tine bends backwards, causing the hoe to sting and stay well in the ground.

Half knife or edge hoe
For precise hoeing close to the crop row, the half blade is ideal. The continuous cutting edge prevents soil break-up. In addition, the knife is tiltable and adjustable in width via a simple attachment. so that the knife can be set more or less protruding.

Mono knife
The HAK mono knife is ideal for precise hoeing close to the crop row. Thanks to the centrally positioned handle, the left blade can also be used on the right and the right kinive on the left. This allows you to choose between ridging or hoeing. In combination with the infinitely variable width adjustment, you get optimum efficiency from your HAK hoeing machine.

HAK Front Hoes

HAK pioneered the development of the front hoe and obtained the patent for it in 1927. HAK’s front hoes are available in various designs and sizes, making them extremely versatile for a variety of applications. These hoes are specially designed to effectively work both the trench and the side of the ridge. The adjustable version has a sturdy tip that ensures excellent soil penetration. In addition, the hoe can be adjusted in width to about 10 cm, which ensures that as little soil as possible is hoeed off the back. This minimizes soil loss and increases the efficiency of hoeing. HAK preliminary hoes are therefore a valuable addition for anyone working in ridge cultivation. The preliminary hoes are available in a fixed and an adjustable version. The fixed hoes come standard with a stem 50 x 12 mm. The adjustable hoe has a 50 x 12 mm shank on the RA50 model and a 50 x 15 mm shank on the RA75 and RA90 models.

Leaf lifter

The HAK leaf lifters on the front hoe effectively lift foliage off the ground, making hoeing more efficient and accurate. They reduce the risk of crop damage, improve workability and allow for longer hoeing. The leaf lifters are adjustable for different ridges and crops and are durable even under harsh conditions.

HAK Disc hoe for flat field cultivation

With the new HAK leaf protection discs, you can hoe even closer to the crop without endangering your crop. Even with a steering error, the disc only damages the leafs, giving your crops optimum protection. Thanks to well-adjustable ball bearings and a smart adjustment, you can easily adjust the disc to the correct position with one bolt. The quick clamp allows you to manually mount the discs to the beam, allowing you to quickly change row spacing without tools. This ensures that the running discs are always 100% perpendicular to the beam, further increasing accuracy.

Hoeing Discs

The new HAK Hoeing Disc offers an innovative solution for hoeing on top of the back. This easy-to-use disc allows you to easily remove weeds without disturbing the entire back. The smart adjustment system allows quick and easy adjustments so you can tailor the disc to the specific needs of your crops. This ensures efficient and effective weed control while maintaining the health of your crops. With the HAK Hoe Disk, you can optimize the maintenance of your field and contribute to better yields.

Disc hoes

The HAK hoe disc is ideal for flat-field tillage and allows hoeing close to the crop without damaging the plants. The clever construction with a leaf lifter and disc gently lifts crop leaves, allowing the hoe to effectively remove weeds without touching the crop. This technique ensures precise weed control and an optimal growing environment. The HAK hoe disc is particularly suitable for row and organic crops, where precision and minimal soil disturbance are essential.

spray-on hoes

Spraying hoes with tungsten improves wear resistance and extends tool life. Tungsten, an extremely hard material, is sprayed in powder form onto the hoe blade and melted at high temperatures, creating a durable and wear-resistant layer. At HAK, it is possible to have your hoes sprayed on at the factory. The hoes receive an A+ quality tungsten coating on the cutting surface, carefully applied by our craftsmen. Thanks to their precision, they provide an even coating thickness, which helps the blades stay sharp longer and wear evenly. This reduces wear and tear and the need for frequent replacements, resulting in lower costs and more efficient use.
